Dear Mrs. Retno,

Thank you for choosing Ayola Lippo Cikarang for your forthcoming event. Regarding to our conversation about the event
plans that will be held on June 14 - 16, 2024, we are pleased to present the event confirmation and the rate for your review
and consideration, as follows:

Rate : IDR 230.000,-/pax
Grand Total : IDR 6.900.000, -

Terms & Conditions:

GUARANTEED PAYMENT
Guaranteed and all the outstanding that need to be paid Payment by Guarantee Letter from PT. Adhikriya Kualita
Utama final Payment will be calculated by the actual Pax when even held from the minimum of the guaranteed Pax.
CANCELLATION
If Customer cancels this agreement or event is postponed, Customer will provide written notice to Hotel,
accompanied (except in the case of a Force Majeure) by payment of the amounts (plus all applicable taxes)
indicated below:
June 14 - 16, 2024 100% of total revenue

Should there is any “Force Majeure” on the day of the event, a 50% cancellation fee from the total amount will
be applied and the balance of amount not to be returned. However, the Customer may use this for other events
within the following 2 (two) months. The parties agree that the amounts included in this Cancellation clause are
reasonable estimates of the losses that would be incurred by Hotel and factor in Hotel’s ability to mitigate its
losses through resale.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A first payment of 50% from estimated revenue should be received to secure the event upon confirmation and
for this event the latest deposit on June 10, 2024 and all payment should be settling before event held for this
event at the latest on June 14, 2024. Payment after event by invoicing should be send a Guarantee Letter to
secure the event.

All payments by cheque should be crossed and addressed to Ayola Lippo Cikarang, and for Bank Transfer payment can be
paid to:

Ayola Hotel Lippo Cikarang won’t be responsible for any transaction addressed to others’ bank accounts and will be
automatically calculating it as an invalid transaction.

USE OF EVENT AND FUNCTION SPACE
To protect the safety and security of all Hotel guests and property, Client will obtain Hotel’s advance written approval
before using items in event and function space that could create noise, noxious odours or hazardous effects (e.g., loud
music, smoke or fog machines, dry ice, confetti cannons, candles, or incense) and before engaging in any activities outside
of the reserved function rooms (e.g., registration table). Client will obtain any required Fire Marshall or other safety
approvals, and will pay any expenses incurred by Hotel as a result of such activity, such as resetting smoke or fire alarms or
unusual clean-up costs. Ayola Lippo Cikarang Hotel will be asking responsibility to the organizer, if there any negligence
or discomfort for the other guest or event that took place towards which result in damage to facilities Hotel Ayola Lippo
Cikarang

ACCEPTENCE OF AGREEMENT
Letter of this agreement is considered valid and enforceable if it has been signed and the accepted by the Ayola
Hotel Lippo Cikarang, and will be used as a basic reference that are binding between the Ayola Lippo Cikarang and
the responsible person to the event.

Ayola Lippo Cikarang Hotel and responsible person to the event agree to accept this agreement by the undersign
representatives.
