1. How does the poet's use of beautiful nature images in the poem ‘Cradle
Song’ (LR) teaches us to find comfort and peace in the world around us
and why is it important to appreciate nature?

2. Refer to the poem ‘Lord of Tartary’ (MCB) and imagine that you have
been appointed as the travel guide to the land of Tartary. Design a poster to
invite tourists to visit Tartary.
Remember the following points:
● Mention the tourist spots in Tartary and the best time to visit.
● Include names of relevant websites with information on Tartary.
● Use a catchy slogan like, ‘Experience Wonder, Tour Tartary Today!’
● Add pictures to make your poster attractive.

3. The story 'A Spark Neglected Burns the House' (MCB) teaches us how
misunderstandings and being short-tempered can lead to problems and we
must be patient and calm in such situations. Write a paragraph in about
80-100 words describing why forgiveness is important to keep peace in
our relationships.
