Remove the coarse soils.
Initial rinse
Ambient 5 - 10 High pressure wash is not recommended.

Apply chemical by Mobile Foamer FI-10N

Alkaline Foam Cleaning Required utility for FI-10N: high pressure air
4-6 bar
3-5 Ambient 10 – 30
Mild alkaline
Remove the organic soil
FPC
After production / Daily
Intermediate rinse
Water Rinse thoroughly till neutral pH
Ambient 5 - 10
High pressure wash is not recommended.

Cleanliness check Check all critical areas. Make sure that the
contact surfaces between the chain likns are
cleaned.
Re-clean if necessary.
Spray Sanitizing Sanitizing with Mobile Foamer FI-10N

Peracetic acid based sanitizer

0.2-0.3 Ambient 15 – 30 Required utility for FI-10N: high pressure air
Oxonia Active 4-6 bar

No post rinse required

PPE Personal Protection Equipment required for cleaning
