SCHEDULE OF BENEFITS

The specific details of your compensation package will be as listed below for Suntrust:

PHP15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Pesos) gross per month equivalent
Salary/Base Pay
to Php86.21 per hour computed on a 174 hours per month*
PHP1,000.00 (One Thousand Pesos) per month; non-tax
Rice Subsidy***
Granted on first full month after attainment of sixty (60) days tenure.
Account Allowance*** Php800.00 (Eight Hundred Pesos) gross per month
20% Night Differential for work performed between 10:00PM to
Night Differential
6:00AM
Other Benefits Annual Increase, as per company’s discretion.
*** This is account-specific and subject for removal or change upon transfer/ promotion to a different
account/position.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS BASED ON TENURE WITH THE COMPANY
Earned credits shall be made available for utilization on the first day of
Leave credits (PTO)
the month after serving three (3) months.
Group Life and Accident Subject to the Group Insurance Policy. Eligibility is after 1 month of
Insurance employment.
Subject to the Company’s Health Care Maintenance Plan. Eligibility is
Health Benefits (HMO)
upon reaching 91st day of tenure.

The foregoing benefits and privileges shall be subject to the criteria, conditions, requirements and
other provisions of the COMPANY memorandum, policy or guideline constituting and covering the
above-mentioned benefits, and any amendment thereto.

Unless otherwise provided in the COMPANY memorandum, policy or guideline covering the above-
mentioned benefits*, they shall be subject to tax which shall be borne by the employee.

We would like to remind you that allowances are separate from your basic pay and shall not be
computed as part of any wage premiums (if applicable to the position), separation pay, 13th month
pay, etc.
