Academic pressure has been claimed to be general public attention.

The method of music therapy


is believed to be an indispensable tool for temporarily forgetting all the pressures from our
studies. From my personal perspective, I partly concur with this idea that is elaborated with
several reasons in this issue
There are several reason why musical songs could assist human in alleviating depression.Firstly,
Melodies which have been a part of distraction therapy in medicine calm the brain and
body.When people feel under pressure from th day’s work or emotionally, they could turn on soft
musical sounds that let their hair down, lower the heart rate and even blood pressure.Another
reason worth mentioning is that the fuction of music completely stimulate intellectual growth
and recover brain damaged.According to some researches,music is significant one of the method
to cure patient who are dealing with breain disease and might amplify the brain’s growth
Conversely, I wouldn argue that relieving stress through musical melodies is not the only way
because of some reasons.First, these days, teenagers have a tendency to recharge their batteries
by surfin the internet.To explain this view is using social media could help individuals to avoid
adverse mental states and decrease negative emotion.As a result , social media seems to be one
of the most effective ways to unwind.Additionally,Sport is also help us manage stress.For
example, once we do excercises for 20 to 30 minutes each day , it causes our body to release
endorphins that would make people calmer.
In conclusion, While it is true to some extent that the method of music therapy is a effective way
to slip mind all the strain from works and studies,I would maintain that there are a large number
of methods ,consisting of social media and sport.
