Customer Relations Executive:

Job Description:
Handle incoming & outgoing calls of customers who have missed on their EMI / PEMI payments. Meet
the conversion targets in 1, 2 & 3 months delinquent loan book and achieve the closing targets in over
60days for the allocated loans. Coordinate with Junior Field Officers for conversion of RFV’s (referred to
field visits). Escalate loans in RCD defaults and take support from the Credit Risk Officers for unpaid
loans.

Desired Candidate Profile (full time candidate):


1. Must be a graduate.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Should be proficient in English, Hindi & Telugu.
4. Minimum 1 year experience in a domestic or international contact center in a voice process,
preferably in Collections or Sales process.

Position: 1

Shift: Day (9am to 6pm)

Location: Vijayawada

Salary: As per industry standards.
