Insert the SIM Card (PN2802) in its slot.
Connect the battery (PN4002P) in its slot.
Perform steps 1, 2 and 3 forecasted in the TKAMWS in order to initialize the main device.
Screw the box with two keys « Allen » (3 mm diameter), symmetrically left and right.

In the case where HELICOM system must be removed from the H/C, please follow the steps in
chronological order.
1. Extract the main device from its rack as described above in section 13.4 using two “Allen”
keys
2. Disconnect the both Sub D connectors 37 pts at the rear of the rack HELICOM. Then
remove the rack from its location.
3. Remove electric cables from the Sub D connector 37 pts and from connectors of the H/C,
from the bulkhead connector of the GPS antenna. Go back to the initial configuration of the
H/C using working card (procedure, AMM) provided by the TC holder and proceed to
required controls.
4. On the glareshield of the instrument panel if applicable, remove the GPS antenna by
unscrewing the screw and the nut associated. Sealing the hole using the standard pratices
described in the TC holder technical documentation.
5. On the lower panel remove the GSM antenna, the air ground sensor and the OAT sensor,
and remove if applicable the dedicated bracket. Sealing the hole using the standard pratices
described in the TC holder technical documentation.
6. If variant 2, on the top panel remove the SAT antenna and its dedicated reinforcement plate
and seal the 5 holes using the standard pratices described in the TC holder technical
documentation. NOT E ASA APPROVE D
7. Remove the SIM card and the Lipo battery PN4002 according to the ICA manual, please
return the used battery to ISEI Company.
8. Remove the breaker 1 AMP labelled “HELICOM” from the C/B panel and disconnect the
corresponding electric cable.
