Recycling Process Description 1) Collection and Transportation: We have our own collection channelization at ground level such as having tie-ups with nagar nigam (ULBs), retailers, repairing service centers, collecting E-waste from different modes such as Awareness and collection drive, buy back scheme and vendors. E-waste-containing vehicles are weighed at a weighing scale before entering our premises. When the vehicle reaches the premises, material and documents are inspected at the gate. Vehicle is parked at a designated place to unload the E-waste. Vehicle is unloaded safely and material is segregated and stored as per the category in their section. 2) Dismantling and Sorting: Collected E-waste material taken off for the dismantling process. Dismantling operation is done with the help of sufficient tools and protective gears. During the dismantling process; product get dismantled and all parts get separated such as compressor from AC and Refrigerator and sent to gas recovery before being placed at the compressor cutting table. CRT is safely removed from the TV units and sent for CRT cutting 3) Mechanical separation : After the dismantling process separated parts such as plastic, PCB board , CRT glass, take off for further processing / mechanical separation Plastic separated from the body and taken off in shredder, PCB goes for component removal to remove the components from the board. Through different processes materials get separated from the parts such as glass plastic, PCB, PUF, gas, oil, ferrous and non-ferrous metals and hazardous materials also. We can also call it recovered material after processing 4) Recovery of material Recovered material such as ferrous, non ferrous materials, plastic, PCB, Oil are sent to material recyclers.
