RE: DONATION REQUEST

We, the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God – South Africa, have identified a need in and around the
community surrounding the church and have embarked in several initiatives in aid to the specified
members of our community; with the help of dedicated volunteers, we have:

Prepared & served:

• Cooked food
• Food hampers
• Second hand clothing hampers,

also, providing:
• Facilities to bathe and
• holistic counselling.

We hereby humbly request your assistance with food donations that will be distributed to the destitute in
the community and surrounding areas on the 8th of April 2023 in an organized campaign to help those who
are in want.

We would appreciate donations such as;

• None perishable foods
• Bread/Rolls
• Foods that can be cooked and served by our volunteers, and other food donations are most
welcome.

We hereby confirm that we are a registered Public Benefit Organization (PBO) with registration number
930 13 492.

The above PBO number exempts donations made to the church from donations tax in terms of Section
56(1)(h) of the income Tax Act. A PBO registration confirmation is available upon request.

Please note that in terms of SARS regulation, a church or religious organization is not permitted to issue
Section 18A certificates, as SARS specifically excludes donation and offerings made to religious
organizations to be deductible for income tax purposes.

We confirm that the donations made are strictly to help the destitute and/or disadvantaged, these will at
no circumstance be re-sold but serve the purpose of this request.
