1: PLACE
WHERE ARE WE GOING
TO GO?
We are excited to announce that we will be
organizing a school trip to Bilbao, a culturally rich
city in northern Spain. This four-day excursion is an
educational experience for our students while
immersing them in the fascinating Basque culture
and exploring the city. We will go to Bilbao in the
region of Basque Country, in Spain.
2: ACCOMODATION
 ACCOMODATION
We're going to stay in "Bilbao Hostel". It's
a very calm hostel located 10 minutes
walking to the center. We have always
stayed in this hostel in our previous trips.
We can ensure that your children will be
comfortable here.
3: TARNSPORT
TRANSPORT FOR BARCELONA TO
BILBAO
We're going to travel by bus. The next first of April we
have to be at the door of the school. The departure
time is 9:30AM. The arrival time is not yet decided, but
we think it will be around 4:00PM, on April 4th. We're
going to send you an e-mail with details of the arrival
time.
4: PLANNING OF
ALL THE DAYS
4.1: PLANNING- DAY 1
Day 1:
Morning: Arrival in Bilbao and check-in in the hostel.
Afternoon: Visit the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, an iconic modern art
museum that it's known for its unique architecture. Explore the various
exhibitions and art installations.
Evening: Take a boat tour by the river, and learn a little bit about the Basque
culture, such as: the typical food, tradicionals dances, history...
4.2:PLANNING- DAY 2
Morning: Start the day with a visit to the Casco Viejo, the old town of
Bilbao. Explore the narrow streets, historic buildings, and charming
squares. Visit the Santiago Cathedral and the Plaza Nueva.
Afternoon: Head to the Arriaga Theatre, an important cultural landmark in
Bilbao. Take a guided tour to learn about its history and architecture.
Afterward, visit the Ribera Market, one of Europe's largest indoor markets.
Evening: Optional activity: Attend a traditional Basque dance or music
performance at a local cultural center.
4.3: PLANNING- DAY 3
Depart for a day to Vizcaya Beach, take an snorkel class and a padel surf
class.
Enjoy beach activities, have a picnic lunch, and relax by the seaside.
Do the last activitiy of the Beach day: Kayak ride seeing the sunset.
Return to the hotel for a farewell dinner.
Mini- disco.
4.4: PLANNING- DAY 4
Day 4:
Morning: visit the Athletic Club Museum.
Evening: Take the bus to come back to Barcelona.

· TO SLEEP: PAJAMAS (NO NEED FOR A SLEEPING BAG).
· PERSONAL CLEANING BAG.
·MOSQUITO REPELLENT AND SUNSCREEN.
· SHOWER TOWEL AND FLIP FLOPS.
· COMFORTABLE SHOES.
· A CAP, A CANTEEN (1 LITER) AND A SMALL RUCKSACK
· PHOTOCOPY OF THE HEALTH CARD.
·IN CASE ANY STUDENT TAKES ANY TYPE OF MEDICATION OR
CAN'T TAKE SOME KIND OF FOOD, PLEASE LET US KNOW
· OPTIONAL: SUNGLASSES AND BINOCULARS.
· NOTEBOOK AND WRITING MATERIAL.
· SWIMSWIT OR BIKINI
· SWIMMING GOGGLES

·A RAINCOAT TO PROTECT YOURSELF IN CASE OF RAIN
