Surety Bond

Memorandum of agreement between AMBREEN KAUSER D/O MUHAMMAD YAR SHAHEEN, lecturer in
English at Govt Graduate College for Women Chiniot, District Chiniot and the Governor of Punjab has
been made on--------------. AMBREEN KAUSER D/O MUHAMMAD YAR SHAHEEN, resident of 444 B, PSCIR
Phase 2, near Shaukat Khanam Hospital, Lahore CNIC NO: 35202-2542599-0, currently serving as a
lecturer in English at Govt Graduate College for Women, Chiniot under Higher Education Department,
Punjab, hereinafter referred to as employee whose experience shall include her successors and legal
representatives of first part as a result of sanctioning leave by Governor of Punjab. Governor of Punjab
hereinafter referred to as the Governor which expression shall include in office of the other part.

Now, therefore in consideration for the said sanction of leave, the employee agrees and undertakes as
follows:

She will fairly confine to and abide by the instructions issued with regard to her leave w-e-f 10-07-2024
to 31-07-20228.

She will confine her leave to pursuit of her Ph.D degree as she has got the leave sanctioned for, and she
will not make any changes without prior approval from the governor.

Upon the expiry of her leave, she will return and assume her duty in the department.

In the case of breaching any of afore-mentioned terms, the employee bounds herself firmly to pay on
demand a sum of Rs. 100,000/- to Governor.

In witness, following two sureties shall be responsible, and stand bound by this agreement, and
guaranty that employee shall fulfil her promise. In case of any failure to do so, the sureties shall pay the
Governor, the said amount in default of the payment by employee.

We, as the sureties below agree to stand bound to this agreement and guaranty for the fulfilment of
promises made by the employee, and for the payment of the said amount in default.
