Welcome wonderful mummies who understood the importance for gluten free cooking for kids. We cannot control what they eat outside, but we can control what they eat at home
Guidelines
1. Varieties of nutrient dense food are required that offer a wealth of vitamins and minerals for child nutrition.
2. The best cooking oil for kids is coconut oil, as it will boost their immunity also.
3. Raw honey, maple syrup, Dates, and fruits are a good way to sweeten foods, including smoothies. Only use these in moderation as they are still sugar.
4. At least half their plate should be vegetables. Leafy greens, colorful veggies, and even sulfur-rich veggies like cauliflower and onion
5. Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid that should be included in kids' diet in supplement form. Don't worry I will soon come with Omega 3 jellies for the kids in the Indian market.
6.Do not give them a snack every hour. Their main meals should be filling enough to keep them going until the next meal.
7. Young Boys need more protein in their diet than girls. The best way to give high quality protein shake is chocolate shake in milk enriched with high quality protein.
8. If your kid is into sports, make sure to give them simple carbs before playing. Simple carbs include Banana, grapes, watermelon and sugary fruits. But plan them just before or after the sports, not
otherwise.
9. The biggest known immunity booster known to mankind is Colostrum (Mother Cow's first Milk after giving birth)
I strongly recommend you to take supplements for fast & better results
