NOTICE UNDER SECTION 118 OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH MUNICIPALITIES ACT 1965 (Act 9 of 2020, Dt.03-01-2020)
and as per C.R.No.40, Dated. 31-07-2023 & Gazette No.12, Dt.22-01-2024.

Sub: DISPLAY DEVICES – Akiveedu Nagarpanchayath – Unauthorized Display Devices – Exhibited by M/s
Kalyani Ads Outdoor Solutions, D.No. 25-11-12/1. N.R. Peta, Eluru - Payment of Fee for the year
2023-24 – requested regarding.

It is brought to the notice of the undersigned that the Display Devices described in the appendix below
have been exhibited by you without obtaining the necessary permission as required under Section 114, 115, 116,
117, and 118 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Display Device Fee) Act., l965.

Therefore you are hereby required to remove the said Display Devices within 7 days from the date of
receipt of this notice failing which it will be got removed departmentally and the cost there of will be recovered
from you under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act 1965. You are also informed that you
should pay the Display Device Fee also for the period it was retained Unauthorizedly under the provisions of the
Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 and Rule 8(3) of Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Display Device Fee)
Rules, 1967.

It is hereby informed that whoever acts in contravention of the provision of Andhra Pradesh
Municipalities Act 1965 and Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Display Devices Fee) Rules, 1967 are liable
for prosecution in addition to the liability of Fee.
