than 10% of total WO value) against substantially completed work.
b.Billsubmissionprocess:BillwillbesubmittedtoSCMwithworkverificationfromPUBLOperationtCam.
c.Paymentsystem:90%billamountwillbepaidagainstbillvaluethroughA/Cpayeecheque.
d. Final bill clear process: 10% of work order amount will be processed and clear after BREB site acceptance,
commissioning and handover paper.
