the Hon’ble City Civil Court. Seeking relief to hold and declare that the

document titled as “WILL” registered with the registrar of Documents dated

01/04/2008 is sham, bad in law and bogus as well as not binding on the

present plaintiff and is null and void in view of the averments made in the

plaint and also seeking to hold and declare that the present plaintiff is legal

heir of the suit property (House No. 2/1/2009, Chembur, Suwagatam CHS,

Ltd., opposite Postal Colony, Near Behgar Home, Chembur, Mumbai – 400

071 and as per Slum Rehabilitation Authority address is that room Sr. No. 96

(Room No. 182) on property bearing Plot No. 518, 529, 522 at Chembur, Tal-
