Recently, the topic of physical health has become a bone of contention.

While some think


that in order to stay healthy humans just need to keep leading normal lives, others are sure that
exercising and following a healthy diet is crucial. In my opinion, having a healthy routine is key to
leading a well life.

First and foremost, leading an ordinary life in the current world is not enough to keep
healthy. Nowadays, the majority of people sit while working. It has been scientifically proven that it
can cause problems in one’s spine. In fact, sitting is an unnatural position for human bodies. Not
exercising may cause irreversible changes in spine structure lasting a lifetime. Avoiding physical
activity is certainly not enough to keep a healthy body.

Additionally, focusing on a healthy individual diet has only positive results. Studies have
shown that each human has a unique microbiome and, depending on it, we should choose our diet
accordingly. Following an individual diet helps avoid malnutrition, as well as keep the body energized
with a fixed number of calories. This not only makes humans more efficient in their work, but it also
proves beneficial for mental health.

In conclusion, every human should consider an individual plan for a diet and physical activity
accordingly to their lifestyle. In my opinion, it is crucial to keep in mind our physical well-being and
prioritize it. Not only does it prove beneficial for our present efficiency, but also when we get older.
