TSP Next Generation Leaders Program

One of the critical party sustainability pillars is the continued growth of a youthful
generation of leaders committed and passionate about the Party. At its meeting on 5th
April 2024 the NGC/NEC approved a program that interfaces with the requirements
related to Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that would support young people to channel
their energy, creativity to step into leadership roles to shape the next generation of
policies, values and more democratic political parties.

Consequently, over the next three years, TSP will engage up to 75 young leaders already
active in the party and other types of leadership; and who are keen on matters
governance and sustainable political parties in Kenya.

The youths will be selected through a nomination process; young leaders of diverse age-
