Re. : Eid Al-Fitr 2024 Religious Holiday

The Indonesian Muslim Association in Japan presents its warmest greetings. As

we approach the important occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, a Muslim religious holiday, we
want to communicate the following:

1. After one month of fasting during Ramadan, Muslims all over the world,
including Indonesian people living in Japan, will be celebrating Eid Al-Fitr
on April 10th, 2024. It is a special day where we go to the mosque, pray
together, and have a joyful time with friends and family.

2. In this regard, The Indonesian Muslim Association in Japan requests the

kind support of:
a. Corporations and businesses employing Indonesian professionals,
including expatriates, workers, staff, and trainees;
b. Educational institutions, including schools, colleges, universities, and
other learning centers with Indonesian students enrolled;
c. Healthcare facilities, such as hospitals and nursing homes, that employ
Indonesian medical personnel, including doctors, nurses, care workers,
and other staff;
to grant permission of absense for them on Wednesday, April 10th 2024,
so they can join in the Eid prayers and celebrations.

We convey our sincere gratitude for your kind consideration and attention to this
matter, and for your continued support in embracing cultural diversity within your
organization.

Sincerely,

Muhammad Zahrul Muttaqin Wais Alkindy

Chairman Secretary-General
