About the Session
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has introduced the "Companies
Regulations, 2024" on February 15, 2024 to simplify and enhance the regulatory framework for
both local and foreign companies operating in Pakistan. Meanwhile, it has launched eZfile
online portal, which is a comprehensive regulatory platform to facilitate easy compliance with
regulations for enhanced ease of use.
Considering these changes significant and important, Northern Regional Committee of ICAP
through its CPD Technical and Professionals affairs Committee has organized this awareness
session titled ‘eZfile and Companies Regulations, 2024’ aiming to provide participants with
comprehensive insights into the latest updates and regulations surrounding these
developments.
