different types, As per the business recommendation the bot
must process each mail available on quarterly basis. The bot
has to read each email and download the attachments from
email and Magellan website and submit all the details which
were extracted from email in flex application, Once it is
completed, it is moved to “Competed “folder in Gmail, in case
of any failure it is moved to “Failed “ fodder.

RPA Invoicing Process

Business receives different types of account invoice quarterly.


As per business request we process the invoices. Business
sends those invoices and excel file through the mail to bot
account mailbox. And the bot prepares the CVS file, CALC’s
file, generate Business object (BO) reports from SAP and
Create a car payment(E-workflow) in the salesforces.

Responsibilities:
 Conduct UAT sessions with users and get approvals for
deployment.
 Support Documentation and Recording the Code Review,
Support Activities after every new process deployment.
