POSSESSION LETTER

We, (1) SANTANIL BANERJEE, Son of Late Anil Kumar Banerjee, (2)
INDRANIL BANERJEE, Son of Late Anil Kumar Banerjee. (3) SRABANI
BANERJEE, Wife of Late Nabhonil Banerjee, (4) NILAVO BANERJEE, Son of Late
Nabhonil Banerjee, all are resident of Ramkrishmapur, Ward No. 13. PO & P.S.-
Barasat, District North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700124, hereinafter jointly and
collectively referred and called to as the "OWNERS/VENDORS" do hereby
delivered peaceful vacant possession of ALL THAT one self-contained residential
flat with Tiles Flooring, being Flat No. A on the Ground Floor, measuring s Super
built up area of 818 sq.ft. more or less consisting of Two Bedroom, One Dining-
cum-Drawing, One Kitchen, Two Toilet and One Balcony at the North-West side
of the multii storied building TOGETHERWITH undivided proportionate share,
right, title, interest, possession of the land lying and situated at Mouza
RAMKRISHNAPUR, J.L. No. 81, Re.Sa. No. 225, within the jurisdiction of Barasat
Municipality, Ward No. 13. Holding No. 1133 Ramkrishnapur Road, PS Barasat,
Block Barasat-1, under the jurisdiction of A.D.S.R. office Kadambagachi, District
North 24 Parganas ALONGWITH right of all common facilities and common
amenities belonging to the said building as well as belonging to the said Premises
including all common areas and facilities and common easement rights and all
rights of ingress and egress, at the said schedule property of the said building
including common roof right hereby free from all encumbrances in favour of
GOBINDA HALDER @ GOBINDA HALADARA, Son of Birendra Nath Halder,
residing at Village-Biswanathpur, PO- Ramnathpur, P.S.- Deganga, District North
24 Parganas, Pin-743423, hereinafter jointly and collectively referred and called to
as the "PURCHASER".
