LZT - Panel Series (Pipeline) Flow meter

Panel (pipeline) flow meter is also a rotor (or float) flow meter,
and the measuring tube is made of high-quality transparent organic
glass. It is mainly used in water purification treatment and
environmental protection projects, and can also be used in chemical,
petroleum, light industry, medicine, fertilizer, food, papermaking
and scientific research departments to measure the non-pulsating
flow of liquid single-phase.

The panel flowmeter has the characteristics of high transparency,

intuitive reading, not easy to break, light weight, long lifespan, and
convenient installation and connection.

LZB-4,6,10F, anti-corrosion glass rotor flowmeter, some of the previous on the market are substitutes
made of the following stainless steel materials. They can’t really play a role in anti-corrosion. Therefore, we
have developed an anticorrosive flowmeter based on PTFE as the main material according to market needs,
and at the same time, we have overcome the difficulty of using anticorrosive materials to make flow
regulating valves. As a result, the small-diameter glass rotor flowmeter also has an anti-corrosion type.
This product has good corrosion resistance to a variety of strong acids (except hydrofluoric acid), strong
alkalis, oxidants, strong fluorinating agents, organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid flow

The glass rotor flowmeter is used to measure the instantaneous flow of single-phase non-arterial liquid and
gas in the pipeline. Mainly used in chemical, petroleum, medical, fertilizer, food, sugar, paper, light
industry, textile, printing and dyeing, environmental protection and other industrial departments and
scientific research units. The anti-corrosion glass rotor flowmeter mainly uses PTFE high-grade
anticorrosive materials in contact with the medium. It is resistant to various strong acids (except

Float flowmeter with alarm switch

Working principle: The float flowmeter with alarm switch uses the bistable magnetic function of the
magnetic control arm to open and close the contacts with the magnetic float, and cooperate with the relay
and other components to meet the requirements of sound and light alarms.
Function and application: BJ01 upper alarm switch, BJ02 lower alarm switch, BJ01 and BJ02 alarm switches
can send out signals at any flow value of maximum, middle and minimum. The alarm switch is installed on
a slidable track, select the desired position, when the magnetic float reaches or exceeds the switch position,
it will send out a signal. At this time, the internal contact opens or closes.

when switching: ≤0.3A, working temperature: 0℃~+55℃, protection level: IP65 (open or closed position)
