In my class, there are many students of the same genre
like an excellent student, good, quite, … but I really love
him because his way of thinking is not like the people I
have interacted with. His name is Phạm Hoàng Sơn Nam,
he was born 2006. You can call him biscuit because he
has brown hair like biscuit.
The teacher gives the class has a lot of topic, you can
chosen a presentation and will do it in groups, each group
will have 13 people. My team choose the topic is difficult
when ice melts, and the earth warms up. My group only
lacked 1 people more member so I didn’t know who to
choose then he asked me: “can I take part in with?” yes,
why not. I agreed without thinking about it.
It’s very diffcult when you work with team. Other persons
was a different of way doing things, each has different
opions. So he helped me in group work on the
presentation. He assigned each people to find the content
of item and prepared question, games relate to the topic is
when ice melts and the earth warms up. Everyone listen to
him. People in the group were given apporiate opions on
this topic so he collects, explains some ideas that will not
be taken or will be out. I don’t think he can work in a
team that well. No one argued after he divided the work
everyone to find. He wants facilitated with in my team.
The teacher proud of my team because it was interesting
and meaning. He said: “he liked the message conveyed on
this topic”. Everybody really collaborated and
camaraderie. He delegation suit, if he wasn’t in the my
group, I didn’t know how do that about the topic that the
group has chosen and I tried to overcome and changed the
way the team works, I learned the way he did. The reason
why I liked do work with biscui? Simple because he
understood me, he corrected my mistake gently and
understood what I wanted to do.
