Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the order which I had placed in your store on 1st November. I
bought office desks for my company. Unfortunately, almost everything went wrong.

First of all, I ordered 120 office desks but I received only 110. As a result, some of my
employees have to share one desk until I buy them their own ones.

Moreover, the delivery was 2 weeks late. I have waited 5 weeks instead of 3 that you have
promised me when I placed my order. I tried to contact your company via phone number, but
there was a problem too. I called many timed and each time I could not get through. When I
finally did, one of you employees did not know what order I was talking about and how to
solve the delivery problem.

On top of that, 4 desk were damaged. All of them where badly scratched, and one of them had
a broken leg.

Taking all that into account, I expect compensation in form of a refund for damaged and not
received desks. Such a delay in shipping is unacceptable and has left me dissatisfied with your
service.
