Request for manpower requirement:

Dear Ma’am,

With due respect, I would wish to propose for a request for new staff hiring. As our company is growing
and as our client base is also expanding, we will have to expand our office team.

Reason why?

The efficiency of the work increases as the task gets shared equally.

Increased productivity will enable us to tackle more number of projects and deliver in time.

The Increase in number of employees will give a positive result on company’s portfolio.

Considering the above, I believe it is going to be productive for the company to undertake additional
staff hiring.
