Dear Parents,

Dr. Homi Bhabha Balvaidnyanik Competition for the year 2024-25 will be conducted Offline. The
competitive examination will be conducted for class 6 and class 9. Parents of interested students may
enroll their wards for the examination.

REGISTRATION FEE - Rs.320/-.

DATE OF PAYMENT - Monday, 1st July 2024 to Saturday, 20th July 2024
Payments will not be accepted after 20th July 2024
PAYMENT PROCESS - Parents who wish to enroll their wards for the exam need to fill and submit an
enrollment slip available at the school office counter and make the payment by Debit Card / Credit
Card at the counter. Fees once paid is non-refundable.

SYLLABUS
Less emphasis will be given for knowledge-based questions and more emphasis for understanding,
reasoning, correlation, application etc. Majority of the questions will be from Maharashtra state board
science textbooks and Content related to the above from ICSE, IB and CBSE science textbooks. The
questions related to general knowledge in science and science around day-to-day life.

to the above from ICSE, IB and CBSE books
a) Approximately 10 % questions on 4th std. syllabus
For 6th Std
b) Approximately 20 % questions on 5th std. syllabus

d) Approximately 10 % questions on General knowledge in science.

Textbooks of VII, VIII and IX std of Maharashtra State Board and Content related
to the above from ICSE, IB and CBSE books.
