Dear Miss Douglas,

We carried out TCA CROSS treatment today using 100% TCA to all ice pick scars on cheeks and
chin. Your skin was cleansed with Clinisept and prepped with alcohol. Frosting effect was
achieved and TCA was neutralised with water. Treatment area was moisturised with Cicaplast
gel B5.

If you require further TCA or ResurFX, contact my secretary to make an appointment. TCA will
require 6 weeks wait but ResurFx can be book any time after 4 weeks.
