ORDINARY PLEDGE CONTRACT

In the city of Calceta, on the 14th day of June 2015, we, the undersigned below, celebrated this
pledge contract in accordance with the following stipulations.

First: INTERVENING PARTIES. - on the one hand, Mr. JOSE ANDRES VIDAL AVELLAN,
with citizenship card number 1316333309, of legal age, single, domiciled in the city of Calceta, in
her capacity as pledgee; and, on the other hand, Mr. JUAN JOSE CORONEL MOREIRA, with
citizenship card number 1305216356, of legal age, single, domiciled in the city of Calceta, as
debtor; capable people to hire.

Second: Mr. JUAN JOSE CORONEL MOREIRA declare that I am a debtor of Mr. JOSE
ANDRES VIDAL AVELLAN for the amount of THREE THOUSAND US dollars, an amount of
money that I undertake to return within a period of three months, which will be counted to from the
signing of this private contract; recognizing the interest of three percent annually.

Third:- in accordance with what is determined in Arts. 2286, 2287 and 2289 of the civil code, in
guarantee of the obligation determined in the previous stipulation, I constitute in favor of the
pledgee JOSE ANDRES VIDAL AVELLAN, a civil pledge consisting of jewelry: twenty-four
carats: 2 rings, 6 chains, 4 bracelets and 10 pairs of earrings; evaluated in the sum of Four thousand
dollars of the United States of America, jewelry that the pledgee declares to have received from the
debtor, thereby perfecting this pledge contract.

Fourth: - the debtor declares that the assets subject to this pledge contract are sole and exclusive
property; Therefore, it has the power to dispose of them at its discretion.

Fifth: - The pledgee declares that the pledge will subsist until the capital and interest owed are paid,
and he is obliged to preserve the assets that are the subject of the pledge in accordance with what is
expressly determined in Art. 2,288 of the Civil Code.

Sixth: - The pledgee declares that once the principal and interest owed are paid, it will be his
obligation to deliver the assets he has received as a pledge.

Seventh. - The parties resolve that voluntarily, one of the contracting parties will go before the first
notary of the Bolívar canton, in order to recognize their signatures and signatures stamped on this
civil pledge contract. Once this contract has been read, the participants fully ratify its content and
sign in duplicate as a single act for the validity of this civil contract.
