INTRODUCTION:

In this work we will learn about the importance of business


management, its theories and some administration tools that help
organizations grow and be more competitive in their changing
environment.

Every company or organization exists if it has benefits. Without


these benefits, organizations lose their ability to grow and develop,
much less have the ability to compete against another organization
that is in the same field. For this, they need to establish activities or
processes that allow them to achieve their goals.

A company is defined as the economic and social unit for profit, in


which natural resources, capital, technological resources, labor,
management and individuals are systematically coordinated to
carry out socially useful production according to with the demands
of a common good
Characteristics
-PLANNING : it is changing improvisation and the empirical, for scientific

-PREPARATION : It is the selection of personnel, training them for the work to
be carried out, creating greater production and according to plan.
-CONTROL : it is verification that the activities are being carried out correctly

Every company fulfills six basic functions which are:
Classical Theory -TECHNIQUES : it is the manufacturing of goods and services of the company
- COMMERCIAL : it is the purchase, sale or exchange of goods and services
-FINANCIAL : it is the search and administration of capital
- SECURITY : protection of company assets and personnel
-ACCOUNTING : it is the contract for inventories, balances and costs
- ADMINISTRATIVE : coordinates and synchronizes other functions.
Opposition to classical theory. Analyze behavior individually. Motivation
Human improves the company's productivity. Relationships in the organizational field

 There is a clear trend towards integration in the various

· This integration seems to be oriented towards a systems theory.
· Such systems theory can be a broader way of studying non-physical
fields of scientific knowledge, especially the social sciences.
· This systems theory, by developing unifying principles that vertically
traverse the particular universes of the various sciences involved,
brings us closer to the object of the unity of science.
· This could lead us to integration in scientific administration.

 Managerial Zeitgeist Model


Theories of the The Zeitgeist model proposes a change in the traditional pyramidal

model, in which the company will be divided into different self-
sufficient areas. Each department will be managed by a delegate, so
that no area will be above others.

 Kaizen: The Kaizen method emerged in Japan in the 1950s

total quality , better said, MCCT (Continuous Improvement in
Search of Total Quality). It is based on a mixture of the

Finally, we can conclude that administration, such as business


management, is a very important activity within a society that is
based on the effort of human beings through organizations. The
essence of administration is to do things through people, with the
best results since in any type of organization we seek to achieve the
established objectives and goals.
