(b) To observe, familiarize and hands on the procedures of receiving reservation and
functions of reservation card.

TICKETING

(a) To identify the relevant details needed for proper ticketing and the responsibility of
ticketing agents.
(b) To perform the procedures of writing the airline ticket.
(c) To learn on MCO.

SALES AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT

(a) To observe and able to explain the vital role played by this department.
(b) To learn on the techniques to be a good salesman.
(c) To observe the in-house meeting with clients and making sales call.

AIRPORT ATTACHMENT
