IMPORTANT : The Solar Energy Atlas of Peru - SENAMHI, provides other maps where you can obtain Sole Radiation (RA) by department; However, its
main disadvantage is that it only provides that information for some months.

RESULTS
FINALS
From the results obtained, it can be seen that using the information provided by
the PUCP, a conservative (higher) evaporation is obtained.

8) From the Reference Evapotranspiration Equation according to FAO
PENMAN - MONTEITH 32
ET 0 = 32
0.408A(Rn -G)+r( 32
900 32
)uz(e,-ea) 32
A + Y(1 + 0.34u2) 32
Reference Evapotranspiration 33
→ THE REFERENCE EVAPOTRANSPIRATION IS: 33
-
- 0.408(Rn-G)*∆/[∆+Y(1+0.34*u2)] = 4.66 mm/day
- (900/[T+273])*u2*(es-ea)*Y/[∆+Y(1+0.34*u2)] = 4.82 mm/day
Reference Evapotranspiration
- Therefore solving the equation.
Eto = 9.47 mm/day
The FAO PENMAN MONTEITH method is the single standard method for computing ETo from
meteorological data, which is why the result is 9.47 mm/day. As can be seen, this value is very
conservative compared to the results obtained with the other analysis methods.
