 In the city of Trujillo, if it is true there are companies dedicated to anti-stress


massages, they only comply with an established schedule which is until 8 pm
located in the historic center of Trujillo.
The idea arose from the need to often want to relax when leaving school or
leaving work around 10 pm, places available for that type of service at those
times were closed.
That is why the idea of “NARIDA” massages was born – Express massage
service, a company dedicated to performing de-stressing, relaxing and de-
fracturing massages, without having to leave home. Aimed at men, women,
young people. Having opening hours from Monday to Saturday from 3pm to
12pm.

 COMPANY NAME: “NARIDA” MASSAGES


 JUSTIFICATION OF THE NAME: The name means Health, Happiness, it has an
Islamic origin.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Employees who occupy this position must have a university


degree in Physiotherapist. In addition, additional certificates
or degrees will be required to demonstrate attendance at
massage courses. They must have a minimum of 3 years
experience as masseuses, and experience in other massage
centers will be an advantage. This is the position with the
greatest requirement for experience since it is a job with
direct contact with clients, and they must have sufficient skill
not to injure them. The masseuses must have knowledge
about all types of body massages offered by the company, and
know how to apply them with the appropriate products,
utensils and tools, and using the appropriate techniques. They
must also have knowledge about physiotherapy, anatomy and
physiology, and know the beneficial effects of treatments to
be able to advise the client. Masseuses are the ones who have
the most physical contact with clients, so they must possess
skills such as delicacy, kindness and customer orientation,
precision, good presence and hygiene, patience, listening
skills, concentration, self-confidence and emotional maturity.
In terms of the company, they must have the ability to adapt
to change and solve problems, orientation and identification
towards meeting objectives, dynamism, responsibility,
flexibility, autonomy, organizational capacity, positive spirit,
initiative, commitment to excellence, ability decision and
ethical sense.

FUNCTIONS:

For their part, they are the ones who will work in direct
contact with the client. Their functions will be to: Perform
massages on different parts of the body, using techniques
appropriate to the objective to be achieved. - Handle
appropriate materials and utensils for performing massages,
based on anatomy and physiology, with the aim of achieving
relief from ailments or applying therapeutic treatments. -
Inform members about relevant news that occurred during
the day.

o This project was based on the need of the Trujillana population,


wanting to relax when leaving school or work and not having a place
where they could do so.
“NARIDA” massage delivery was basically created for that audience
that seeks to relax at the right time and in the right place, that is why
we base ourselves on their needs to give them relaxing solutions.

 TARGET AUDIENCES

o The public that our delivery massage service is aimed at is basically


men, women and young people between the ages of 25 and 55 in the
city of Trujillo, aimed at people who want to relax after a very busy
day, which may be in classes or at work.

 PRIMARY AND SECONDARY OBJECTIVES


o Study of the company, through a PEST analysis, to know the most
precise possible form of the business.
o Study of the “Wellness - comprehensive health” sector in Trujillo,
especially our target audience.
o Identify the characteristics of the demand, in such a way that the
market niche you want to enter and the services to offer are
determined, carrying out the respective market research.
o Analyze the market study to identify competitors, opportunities and
risks that may arise when entering this market.
o Design high-impact strategies that allow entry and maintenance in the
target market.
o Establish a company that complies with legal and legal aspects in order
to contribute to the development of the sector and the community.
