SEAMLESS TECHNOLOGY CIRCULAR
MACHINES

The same concept of machine for circular knitting cular takes a twist
and adapts for creating seamless underwear.
Several years ago the process for manufacturing was automated.
Stocking brication using circular machines but in 3 much smaller
cylinder diameters.
These machines make a tube of fabric in which all the pieces
of the garment to be made are integrated. They are highly
versatile, allowing you to create a wide variety of products, and
at the same time they adapt to all types of yarns.

SEAMLESS
TUBULAR FABRIC

This image represents 2 tubes of fabric in which 2 different garments are made (white). The excess fabric is cut from
the tube (gray) and joined: in the first case, the center of the panties with the butt; and in the second case the straps are
joined at the top.

1. It is also possible to vary the stitch in different areas of the cylinder: you can make a rib (1x1; 3x1; etc.), you can
add an elastane thread and/or tighten the stitch and thus achieve a tight waist. Sectorized openings can also be made to
generate breathable areas.
2. The garment can be decorated as needed. jida, programming by

The garment can be decorated as it is woven, programming the
motif you want to create through software and assigning embroidery
guides.

3. It is possible to combine different yarns and colors in the same
tube without resorting to using cuts.

Other advantages that this system provides:

- Elimination of uncomfortable seams.
- Acceleration of the production process.
- Maximum comfort.
SCOPE

SPORTSWEAR
Every sport needs high performance clothing. Through circular knitting it
is possible to create ergonomic and innovative garments thanks to the
different types of fibers and technical yarns that can be used.

OUTWEAR
The wide range of gauges that can be worked on allows the creation
of garments such as t-shirts, T-shirts, tank tops, pants, etc.
SWIMWEAR
It is possible to create one- or two-piece swimsuits, adherent thanks
to the use of dry-fit elastic yarns. The color and design possibilities are
limitless.

ROPA INTERIOR
Intimate clothing made on circular machines per Provides even and
comfortable compression. Seam elimination is ideal for this area.

SLEEPWEAR
The freedom of movement and comfort provided by knitted fabric is
essential for garments of this type.
By combining soft-touch fibers with a lightweight fabric, very
comfortable garments for sleeping can be generated.
SHAPEWEAR
Seamless garments can be made with retro fabrics. resistant and
adequate compression to achieve volume reduction in some areas of
the body such as the abdomen and legs. Garments can also be
designed that help shape the figure by raising the tail and refining the
contour of the hips.

MEDICALWEAR
Perhaps one of the most interesting applications that per mites
seamless technology. It is possible to create clothes sagging or with
regulated compression for the best circulation.

SEAMLESS TECHNOLOGY
STRAIGHTLINE
MACHINES

The emergence of seamless integral garment technology, as

well as the evolution of improvements derived from the research
and development of rectilinear machines, opens the possibility for
textile companies not only of developing develop products with new
features, but also to change their manufacturing process.
Rectilinear machines designed to obtain seamless integral
garments are based on knitting principles with mechanical adaptations to
facilitate production . The main modification is found in the needle bed, by
presenting 2 additional borders, thus achieving an X border, where the 2
additional ones serve as au xiliary to allow the transport of meshes without
forcing the retentions.
The knitting of seamless integral garments is generated in the 2
needle beds of the border, it is knitted in the front border and the
back border alternately. This technique is known as tubular knitting
and is possible through transfers and the use of empty needles. The
inner garments General yarns have less tension than a Fully
Fashion garment, so yarn with greater elasticity is required.

Fabric evolution
The first step is to knit the left sleeve, the body and the right
sleeve as a tubular in 1×1 technique with an independent thread
guide for each part.
The second step is to connect the sleeves with the body, knitting a
tubular in 1×1 technique, and only with a thread guide what would be the
chest and back part.
