benefits, follow these guidelines:

A. Preparation

your coach.

B. During the Sparring

Warm up properly: Provided you warm up thoroughly, you reduce the risk of injury.

Follow the rules: Never ignore the rules or your coach’s instructions, unless you're absolutely sure
it's for your safety.

Stay focused: Stay alert and pay attention to your partner’s movements.

C. In Case of Issues
