AUTO PILOT Trouble Shooting Can Not Move Steering Gear - (Eng)
・Can’t move steering gear(E type) ・Operational check of Auto pilot’s all systems, all pumps,
Confirmation of all modes.
1) Auto mode is not available. 2) FU mode is not available. 3) All modes are not available.
GYRO is abnormal
Is Gyro abnormal? Check Gyro. SR1(NO.1) and SR3(NO.2) Voltage check Good RSA PWB TP1-TP2:+15V/
AC110V(input) and DC about12V(output) TP3-TP2:-15V
GYRO is normal
NG Good

Stbd 20deg=約-5.0V

*3 Port 20deg=約+5.0V
When NFU lever operated,
Check transformer box Stbd 20deg=約-5.0V
check Auto pilot stand C1-C0 / C2-C0 voltage.
AC1-AC2/AC1’-AC2’ and FUSE and SW.

At shorted LP1 and LP2 in the Pilot stand Check Repeat back unit
