INTRODUCTION

Physical exercise

This work will be about physical exercise and performance or


training with oneself, since each person is capable of setting limits and knowing
how far to fight for their own body, that depends on each person. Some exercise
in the best ways, while others do not have a routine, since it is known that without
a routine the body does not perform the same work.

In daily life, one of the vital functions that we need to be able to live is
Food, being the way in which we incorporate all the nutrients and substances that
our body uses to satisfy the Energy Needs that our body demands, so It is
advisable to carry out a Balanced Diet that has a wide variety of these nutrients,
avoiding excesses that can generate Health Disorders or whose lack can lead to
any of the Dietary Deficiencies. This leads to better performance.

But in order to lead a Healthy Life we must not only have it, but it is also
advisable to have moderate Physical Activity, which today is quite difficult for
everyone to carry out since, on the contrary, this is supplanted by a Sedentary Life
caused by office work, where a good number of hours are spent in front of a
Computer.

The benefits of being able to perform daily physical exercise are related not only
to improving the physical appearance of a person, but also to exercising the
muscles and joints, maintaining and improving what is known as physical fitness,
the tolerance to being able to make some effort without perceiving pain or may

have greater resistance to fatigue from performing this task, such as reducing the
times necessary for the Recovery and Regeneration of tissues.

The regular performance of Physical Activities significantly improves health, with


benefits that range from the better functioning of the Cardiovascular System as
well as the prevention of diseases related to its counterpart, Obesity and Eating
Disorders, proving that although physical exercise increases appetite is beneficial
for Metabolism and Digestion by being able to burn the reserves that the body
accumulates.

We have a large number of options to be able to carry out these activities, from
Going for a Walking Walk, to being able to go to Gyms where we have the use of
technology to be able to have the highest possible performance, as well as
carrying out Sports Activities that will allow us to exercise our body at the same
time that we have fun with our friends or family (both in individual sports, such as
Tennis, and in group sports, such as Soccer, basketball, tennis, swimming,
Olympic wrestling, athletics, and even dance.)

The bars are an exercise method in which the entire upper part of the
body is used, increasing the strength in the arms and back since you will work
with your own weight, giving you resistance at your level,

IT IS ALSO ACHIEVED:

 Improves physical shape and resistance.


 Regulates blood pressure numbers.
 Increases or maintains bone density.
 Improves insulin resistance.
 Helps maintain body weight.
 Increases muscle tone and strength.
 Improves flexibility and mobility of the joints.

Conclusions

 Exercise gives you physical and mental health.


 Exercising daily every 30 minutes is highly recommended by doctors
 A lot of exercise leads to a healthy life and invulnerability to any disease.

recommendations

 You should exercise 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week.

 This leads you to lose weight and increase your muscle mass or tone,
giving you a good appearance.
 We should not take or ingest substances that are harmful to our body as
this will cause exhaustion or exhaustion.
