- SCHOOL BREAK SURVEILLANCE (TO ALL STAFF)

School recess, breaks or school recesses in educational establishments must be guided and monitored by all the school's teaching staff (supported by the figure of prefects in

the case of Secondary Education) who will be responsible for the safeguarding of the students ( as), so supervision strategies will be created, in accordance with the

commissions established in the initial meeting of the CTE. This task should not be delegated to any oversight body. Likewise, all school staff must participate in the planning,

organization and carrying out of the activities for Active Recess (when sanitary and hygienic conditions allow due to COVID 19) included in the School Improvement

Educational Program, which will be coordinated by the Physical Education teacher, who must have the time of these activities counted as part of their work schedule.

In general secondary schools with extended hours and technical schools, in addition to the duties provided by the teaching staff, the Guidance Counselor, Social Work,

educational support personnel, and school advisory and technical assistance personnel assigned to the educational establishment must participate.

In accordance with the general provisions for compliance with the school calendar, all teaching and non-teaching staff must monitor the school recess. This activity will be

carried out according to the role assigned by the deputy director of the school.

Goals:

- Guard commission and functions:

- Organize commissions per school to monitor and supervise each of the areas indicated in the school recess sketch.

- That students leave the schoolyard free of excess trash, asking support staff to place trash cans in strategic locations.

- Ensure that students deposit garbage in the containers.

- Do not allow students to bring food into the classrooms.

- Monitor the behavior of the students; any serious incident must be reported immediately to the school directors in order to resolve the situation presented.

- Submit a report of general incidents to the deputy director of the school by the schools responsible for the supervision of each area at the end of the month

 The school bathrooms will be monitored by custodial staff who will remain outside the indicated area. They will submit a weekly written
report of activities or incidents to the campus deputy director.

 The teachers, prefects and SAE staff will monitor the areas indicated in the sketch during the school recess, carrying out patrols in
the corresponding area.
