My Perfect Week

You will develop a personal healthy lifestyle plan for a “Perfect” week
during the school year. Remember that no one is truly healthy who
doesn't have an approach for all seven dimensions of wellness, and
your plan must show how you will address all of these dimensions.

Your plan should outline not only what you will eat and drink but also
what various activities you will engage in.

Ensure that your perfect week plan aligns with the various wellness
guides included in this module, including Canada's Food Guide,
Canada's 24-Hour Movement Guidelines and Changing Directions,
Changing Lives: Mental Health Strategy for Canada.. For fun, you will
go to www.buildyourbestday.com and complete a perfect day. Have
fun and be creative! Base your plan on what we discussed in class
with the 7 dimensions of wellness, as well as your food tracker and
your initial nutrition reflection.
