INDUCTION, TRAINING AND TRAINING IN SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT

• PURPOSE
Ensure that all workers at all levels, and every person who enters the Quellaveco Project receives induction and
basic orientation, training and training that corresponds to the job position and/or entry modality in compliance
with the regulations, standards applicable before to begin its activities, in order to train qualified personnel by
competencies to carry out their work in a safe and healthy manner, taking into account the care of the
environment.

• SCOPE
The procedure is applicable in the Quellaveco Project, during the execution of its different stages of
construction and operations.

• APPLICATION
This procedure is mandatory for all Contractor companies, Sub Contractors, suppliers in general, vendors,
vendor representatives and any person associated with the project within the areas and access roads where
activities linked to the Quellaveco Project are carried out.

• DEFINITIONS
Training: Activity that consists of transmitting theoretical and practical knowledge for the development of
skills, knowledge, abilities and skills about the work process, risk prevention, safety and occupational health of
workers.
Basic Training in Occupational Safety and Health: Basic training for all workers based on the job matrix and in
accordance with ANNEX N° 6 DS 023-2017-EM.
Specific Training and for High Risk Work - Life Critical: Training in which the standards and procedures that
apply to the Project are made known.

Induction and Basic Orientation of Occupational Safety and Health: It is the training of the worker, prior to
assignment to the job, about the company's policy, benefits, services, facilities, rules, general practices and
work environment.
Specific training in the work area: It is the training that provides the worker with the necessary information and
knowledge in order to prepare him or her for the specific job.
HSE: Health, Safety and Environment (for its acronym in English).
Instructors: Competent people (skills, experience and knowledge) designated by the SSO Management of the
Project and Contractor Companies to provide the training required by the personnel based on legal
requirements and job position.
Induction of visits: Mandatory induction that will not be less than thirty (30) minutes.

OPA: Admission Process Office – AAQ.

Accredited worker: Worker who has completed training for high-risk jobs - Life Critical and specific jobs that
authorize him or her to perform certain work.

• RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Manager and his line of command of all companies
• He is responsible for the Safety, Occupational Health and care of the Environment of all his staff in
charge.
• Provide the resources to ensure that workers comply with the training and training program.
2. Department of Health, Safety and Environment of all companies.
• Prepare and implement the annual training program in accordance with the provisions of Articles 71
and 75 of the DS 023-2017-EM, considering jobs.
• Prepare the training matrix by job based on the IPER.
• Monitor that everyone attends scheduled inductions and courses.
• Ensure that workers have their authorized worker cards .
3. Health, Safety and Environment Instructors from all companies.
• Ensure that personnel comply with Annex 5, issue the corresponding certificate.
• Prepare training and training material for use in the courses required by the project for its workers
who are not under the responsibility of the Project OHS Management.
• Correctly record required information in attendance records, compliance matrices, and other requested
documents.
• Coordinate and carry out training and training programmed by the Project SSO Management as well
as the training established by Peruvian legislation.
• Send weekly reports, records, training evidence and other information required by the Project training
area in a timely manner.

• Maintain training records and evidence in physical and digital format.


• Maintain a training compliance matrix.

• Ensure that field personnel carry out the training required for the Project, within the established times.
• Verify that personnel have the corresponding authorization card and badges to carry out their
activities.

4. Security Training Area. Occupational Health and Project Environment

• Prepare training and training material for use in induction courses, and High Risk - Life Critical),
Environmental and other courses required by the Project OHS Management.
• Deliver authorized worker cards and holograms to personnel who have attended and passed the
corresponding training
• Validate and audit training programs of Contractor Companies
• Advise companies on training issues.
• Prepare the weekly training report.
• Maintain a digital record of the training reports of the Contractor Companies.
• Provide Contractor Companies with the material for the “authorized worker” accreditation.
• Validate the trainers of the Contractor Companies.
• Review the presentations and evaluations of the different specific EECC courses.
• Load the Induction results into the Web Control system.

5. EECC Accreditors or Coordinators

• Enroll staff in different courses.


• Notify participation and send workers the forms required by the Project.
• Carry out the coordination that corresponds to the training area of the Project.
• Instruct staff on the basic rules to be followed when training is carried out virtually.

6. Workers
• Attend and actively participate in the training program of your company and the Project under the
modality in which it is developed.
• Apply the knowledge acquired in all training courses.
• Maintain and preserve your “authorized worker” card in good condition and have it available when
requested, do not manipulate the holograms.
• Notify your immediate supervisor of the loss of the card.
• Notify your immediate supervisor of training expiration.

• OPERATION
1. Induction and Basic Orientation of Occupational Safety and Health – Annex 4
• Any company that has been awarded a contract for the Quellaveco Project must coordinate the
scheduling of induction courses with the HSE Project Training Management as appropriate in order to
receive the corresponding information.
• Scheduling must be carried out 48 hours in advance, through the Web Control platform after approval
of Annex 5, validation of the EMPO pre-occupational medical examination and other legal
documents.
It is essential that personnel data be correctly entered, otherwise they will not be considered.
• For in-person training, all new personnel entering the Quellaveco Project must attend the induction

and basic orientation course of no less than 8 hours. Before starting any task within the project areas
or places where work is carried out for the project, the personnel must present themselves to the
training carrying their ID. After having completed the Induction, the instructor will give them a copy
of ANNEX N. °4 Induction and Basic Orientation according to those established in DS024-2016-EM.
• In addition to Annex No. 4, each worker will be given the HSE pocket manual applicable to the
Project and the worker and supervisor responsibilities format respectively.
• In the event that workers enter the Project to carry out special maintenance tasks on equipment and
facilities and others that do not exceed thirty (30) days, they will receive an Induction according to
ANNEX No. 4, not less than four (4) hours, this Induction will be valid for one (1) year. The HSE
Project Management must authorize it.
• The project inductions will be carried out in the assigned places and facilities, only in very
exceptional cases, the implementation can be coordinated in the contractor's offices/cities. The Project
SSO Management must authorize it.

• For virtual training, the worker must participate before the quarantine begins. The induction will take
place in real time or synchronously through the webex or teams platforms.
The worker must have good internet coverage and a fixed or mobile device with audio and video
available.
The worker must carry out the training in an environment free of noise and distractions. If it is
detected that the worker is on the street, traveling or in some place that, in the opinion of the
instructor, does not comply with the above, he or she will be removed from the training. session.
The instructor will request that the camera be turned on throughout the training as well as for
attendance control.
The evaluation will be carried out through the Google platform, for which each worker must have an
email account with an @gmail extension. Once the exam is sent, the worker will have 30 minutes to
complete it. At the end of the time, the platform closes. automatically.
The minimum passing grade is 16 points out of 20.

The results are sent the next day to the EECC coordinators.
The validation of Annexes 4 will be carried out by the Training area directly on the Web Control
platform.
• The EECC must deliver Annexes 4 in physical form as soon as possible to the Project training area so
that the material that every new worker must carry can be delivered.
• The validity period of the Induction is 01 year, as long as there is employment continuity.
• When a worker has been disconnected from the Project for more than 90 days, they must attend
Induction and the corresponding training again.

• When a worker has been absent from the project due to a work accident, they must receive specific
training related to the dangers and risks of their work area, which will be carried out by their
immediate supervisor with the support of Health and Safety supervision. Occupational, in the same
way when for some reason you have been indicated to take the Induction again.

• The days and times of the project inductions will be determined and coordinated by the Project OHS
Management; as long as the worker has not obtained the photocheck, he or she is prohibited from
carrying out any work.
• In the event that a worker disapproves the first time, they must be rescheduled by the responsible
personnel. If they disapprove again, the company's HR management must request it in writing to the

• If impersonations, possession of exam answers or inappropriate behavior are detected, the person will
be removed from the training facility or virtual room and the respective report will be issued to their
area or company in order to take action. corresponding.
• If a worker has changed companies, the Induction may be validated as long as he or she has not been
separated for more than 90 days, for which the company must present the duly completed personal
data sheet.

2. Specific Training Program in the Work Area – Annex 5


• Every worker, after having received the Basic Project Induction and Orientation course and once they
have been assigned to their work area, must receive specific theoretical-practical training in the
workplace from their company/supervisor. D.S. 024-2016-EM.
• Specific training in the work area, in no case can be less than eight (8) hours per day for (4) effective
days, for high-risk activities or field activities and not less than eight (8) hours per day. for two (2)
effective days for lower risk activities or purely administrative activities. The development of this
training must be in accordance with what is established in ANNEX N°5 Specific Training Program in
the Work Area.
• All Annexes 5 developed must be included in the weekly training report (RSE) and each month must
be reported electronically to the Project training area. See Annex 13.

In addition to Annex 5, attendance records and proof of passing must be included.


Annexes 5 must be uploaded to the Web Control platform.
3. Proof of Aptitude
After completing the indicated induction and training, the Training area or person responsible for each
company will issue a certificate stating that the worker is suitable to occupy the job assigned to them.
Article 72 DS023-2017-EM.
• The certificate must be issued on the last day of specific training in the work area.
• The certificate of eligibility must be sent to Project training via electronic means.
• If the worker has not obtained his certificate, he will not be able to start his activities for any reason.

4. Visitor Induction
• Visitors are people who do not have an employment or contractual relationship with the owner of the
mining activity, mining contractor companies and contractor companies of related activities, who
enter the facilities of the mining unit to carry out their own activities that do not represent work of
mining and related activities. .
• The EECC must request the Induction in the respective format. Annex 14.
• All visits must always be accompanied by the person responsible for the visit; no visitor may stay for
more than 4 days a month and no more than 14 days a year.
• The Project Training Management is responsible for providing the training, all companies must
coordinate the entry of their visits, first requesting authorization from the user area or contract
administration and subsequently requesting Induction at least 48 hours in advance.
• The scheduled personnel must send the required documentation to the Project training area. The
Induction can be given in person or virtually, always before the visitors enter the property.

• At the time of the application, the applicant must attach the complete visit file. Once the Induction is
completed with validation by Project training, the EECC will send the file to OPA for the
corresponding entry authorization. Annexes 14.1 – 14.4.
• The file must contain:
- Annexes 14.1 to 14.4
- Copy of ID or passport
- SCTR Health and Pension and payment vouchers
- Law life insurance and proof of payment.
- Proof of medical examination validated by the corresponding area.

5. Basic Training in Occupational Safety and Health – Annex 6


Companies must present an Annual Training Plan, which includes the training program and the training
matrix by job position. The program and matrix must be developed based on the IPER and must be
mandatory.
• This training will be completed by all personnel who work in the Project, based on what is established
in the matrix by job position, this training corresponds to what is established in ANNEX N°6 of the
DS 023-2017-EM and must be complied with at the times indicated in the aforementioned annex.
• Compliance with this training must be 100% of the identified workers.
• Once the worker has completed his training, he must be given a certificate of training, which is valid
within one year of training.
• If due to current situations the training cannot be carried out in person, it can be carried out virtually,
after notifying the SMI Training Management.

6. High Risk Training - Life Critical and Specific Training.


• It is a requirement of the Project that every contracting company has qualified, competent, qualified
and trained personnel for all activities carried out.
• Any worker who is going to carry out any high-risk job or any other job in which it is determined that
training is an essential requirement, must comply with this training and will not be able to carry out
any related activity until he or she has completed it.
• This training can be in-person or virtual synchronous and must be evaluated with a written exam. It
must comply with the hours established by the Project training area. If the hours are not established, it
will be coordinated with the Project Training area.
• LIFE CRITICAL training will be provided by SMI for all companies and in accordance with what is
established by national regulations, a certificate will be delivered for each course, which will be valid
for 1 year.
• Registration for Life Critical courses must be done through the Web Control platform 48 hours in
advance.
• The training must be renewed annually, the accreditors or coordinators of each company must register
their staff
• The results are sent to the coordinators the day after the sessions are held.
• Grades are always considered out of 20 points but vary depending on each course.
• The courses considered High Risk - Life Critical for the Project are:

• Additional specific courses include but are not limited to:


■ Safety with explosives
■ Rockfall prevention
■ hot work
■ Location, use and control of hazardous substances and/or materials, including the availability of
antidotes in emergency cases.
■ Management and disposal of solid waste considering the stages and processes of the plan
established for this purpose.
■ Use of information from the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS - MSDS).
■ Installation, operation and maintenance of fixed and mobile mechanical equipment according to
the manufacturers' technical specifications.
■ Stairs and scaffolding.
■ Safety with hand/power tools.
■ Lookouts.
■ Pre-commissioning
■ HDPE pipes

■ Taking into account that the majority of personal injury incidents affect hands and fingers, all new
personnel must take the Hand Safety Awareness training course on a mandatory basis.
■ Each company must deliver a training certificate at the end of each course, which is valid within the
year of training and for the same Mining Unit or Production Unit.
■ Presentations must be prepared based on national regulations, Project manual and scope of activities
of each company and validated by the Project training area.
■ The training must be provided by each company, however, in the event that a worker changes
companies, the courses can be validated.
■ Emergency plan training must be provided to the entire workforce.
■ Security training will be delivered to the training manager of each company so that it can be taught
when Annex 5 is developed.

7. Defensive Driving Training


• Scheduling must be made 48 hours in advance, through the Web Control system.
• All personnel must attend the defensive driving course carrying their ID, Annex
1.1 and Annex 1.4, whether in person or virtual synchronous mode.

• For drivers of vans, ambulances and minor emergency teams, a practical evaluation is mandatory, for
which each company must provide the vehicle.
• Once the theoretical/practical course has been approved as appropriate, the representatives of each
company will present the file to the Project training area and a valid internal driver's license will be
issued for the Project. Review RITRAN Standard 1.24.
• Annual management training will be the responsibility of each company, which must execute it before
its expiration and must report the results to Project training.

8. Security Leadership Training


• Safety leadership training is aimed at the line of command and includes information that will help
leaders in the implementation of the HSE management system, as well as policies, practices and
procedures related to it and specific to the project.
• Such training is required for those Project employees who direct or supervise construction workers:
including foremen, general foremen, superintendents, construction managers, construction
engineers/construction purchasing personnel, technical representatives, and project managers. , as well
as those who work in similar positions.
• HSE Leadership training must be completed mandatory within a period of 30 days from the initial
assignment and will be taught by the HSE area.

9. Environmental Training
All companies must carry out training related to the Environmental area according to their Programs, which
must be registered and maintained internally.

10. Health and Occupational Health Training


• First Aid training is mandatory for all staff and must be taught by the company's health professionals.
• First Aid presentations must be validated by the Project Health area.
• Occupational Health training must also be taught by health professionals with appropriate experience.

11. Instructors
• The instructors for the contracting companies will be validated by the SSO Management, as minimum
requirements they must meet:
- Experience in training in Safety, Health and Environment, minimum 3 years.
- Field experience, minimum 2 years.
- Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment certified.

Certification of the Training the Trainer course no older than 2 years, it is not mandatory for
Environmental or other specialty trainers.

12. Worker accreditation

• Every worker must be authorized and accredited to carry out high-risk activities – Life Critical and
others determined; this will be evidenced through the “Authorized Worker” card, which can be
verifiable in the field. Annex 8.

• The “Authorized Worker” card will contain holograms inside for each activity with the validity date.

The cards and holograms will be delivered once the staff has completed their Life Critical course
training and after delivery of evidence and compliance matrix for other courses. Annex 10.

• When the training has been carried out virtually, the EECC must request the Project training
holograms, carrying evidence that the worker has approved the courses.

• The “Authorized Worker” card is personal and non-transferable, the holograms cannot be manipulated
and have a security system; in case of evidence of manipulation, an investigation must be carried out.

• In case of deterioration, the training manager will request a duplicate from the SSO Management with
the corresponding return of the damaged card. In case of loss, the company's training manager will
request the card and stickers from the SSO Management, attaching the information that is requested.

13. Attendance record

• The attendance record format must comply with the minimum requirements established in RM No.
050-2013-TR. Appendix 1.
• All records must contain the required data and must be preserved.

14. Assessment

• All courses must be evaluated using the written evaluation methodology, with the minimum passing
grade being 16 points out of a score of 20 for Basic Induction.
• For Life Critical courses the minimum passing grade will be 18 points out of a score of 20.
• For the driving course, the theoretical evaluation will be 17 points out of a score of 20 and the practical
evaluation will be 85%.
• For commissioning and electrical safety courses, the minimum passing grade will be 20 points out of a
score of 20.
• Additionally, workshops and/or practices may be included, which must specify the final grade to be
considered.

15. Information control

• Companies will manage a training compliance matrix per worker and per job.
• Companies are responsible for having and maintaining physical attendance records, Annexes No. 5,
exams, certificates, files and all documents derived from the training of all personnel, which must be
available when requested internally or externally.
• The documents must be easily accessible, must remain well preserved and will be periodically audited
by the Project training area.

16. Reports

• Contracting companies must present to the Project training area the following reports at a minimum:
• Report Annex 5: every 5th day of each month to the project training area via digital, additionally
each company must enter the annexes of its personnel to the WEB CONTROL system since it is a
requirement to obtain the photocheck.
• Compliance matrix and training evidence: every Saturday no later than 2:00 p.m., the evidence for
each course must follow the established coding. Annex 9.
• Weekly training report - CSR : every Saturday no later than 12:00 p.m., the established format

must be used. Annex 7.

• The evidence can only be sent in “zip” or “rar” files, they can be delivered on a USB device or they
can be sent in installments via email.

• The dates of each week and the weeks of each month must be based on the Project reporting calendar.

17. Skill development for new employees (Program)

Contracting companies will implement the “new employee upskilling and mentoring program” using the
version in use at the time of contract award. Contact the Project OHS Department for materials and
assistance .
The “New Employee Upskilling Program” is designed to assist new employees in preventing accidents and
injuries and enhancing their acclimatization with the Project's OHS culture.

• Injury trends in industry workplaces indicate that approximately 40 percent of injuries occur to newly
hired employees with less than 3 months on the job. Early identification and correction of unsafe
work habits will help promote a safe and healthy workplace.

• All newly hired employees assigned to the field will have a “New Worker” decal placed on their hard
hats for a period of 30 days. The purpose is to assist project/site management and supervision, and
others in identifying new employees and allowing intervention when their behavior or environment
puts them under stress.

risk. Schedule 5 (to facilitate “New Worker” tracking) should be used to document/track your participation.

• Each new employee will be assigned (for a period of 30 days) an experienced “mentor” who has demonstrated safe
work habits and has been on the job more than 30 days. Exhibit 6 (“New Hire Evaluation”) should be used to
document learning and “graduation” or need for additional training. Upon completing the 30 days and having not
been involved in any incident, and under the recommendation of his guardian, the worker will report to the project's
OHS Management offices to be congratulated and receive an incentive for his positive participation in the program.

• When a new project/site is in the process of implementation, the project/site manager will determine who will be
the respective mentors. Training is offered for mentors to promote greater participation and responsibility regarding
this initiative.

18. End of project

• When a contract has ended, each company must present the training closure checklist Annex 12, attaching the
documents required so that the HSE Training management can issue respective approval to the contract area and
the HSE Directorate.

• Each company must deliver all information related to training on an electronic device.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRAINING MANAGEMENT OF CONTRACTOR COMPANIES

. JOB TRAINING PROGRAM AND MATRIX


The presentation of the program is annual, as is the matrix by job position.
The position matrix must include administrative and operational positions and must be structured according to the
following:
- DS courses 023 Annex 6.
- Life critical courses, include the HSE 025 standard.
HSE-025 Pre-Task Planning and Risk Analysis (ATS-JSA)

- Specific courses such as lookouts or hot work.


- Mandatory Environmental Courses.
- Other courses considered by each company.

The matrix is related to weekly CSR.

In addition to the two previous documents, each company must have a compliance or monitoring matrix with the names of
the workers, ID and job position, which will be fed periodically. This compliance matrix will be indicated with some
additional color or note. workers who have cards and stickers from life critical or high-risk courses, this matrix must be
presented weekly along with evidence of training, the file must indicate the number. of the week to which it
corresponds.

2. ANNEX 5
The report is digital and an annex and certificate will be sent for each worker.
The entry into the Web Control system of the certificate of fitness must be done frequently so that it can be validated by
HSE Training and the workers continue with the process of obtaining a photo check.
Only zip, rar or USB delivery files are accepted, in case the information cannot be sent by mail.
Each delivery must contain:
- Attendance records. (no. 0)
- 1 pdf file for each worker with full name and within the file Annex 5 and the
proof of SUIT. (from #1)

4. PRESENTATIONS (PPTs)
When preparing the presentations, the following should be considered:
- National SSO regulations and other applicable regulations.
- Quellaveco project manual.
- Company activities.

All HSE submissions except those in Annex 6 must be submitted to HSE Training.
Environmental training will be provided in accordance with what is established in your Environmental
plan.
Presentations of medical topics must be validated by the SMI medical area.
HSE Training must review the information and will issue its comments, however, this does not prevent
you from starting the training.
Along with each presentation, the solved exam must be submitted.
If the session included workshops and other activities, they must also be delivered or described in the
PPT, as well as the qualification form.

5. ACCREDITATIONS
The request and delivery of cards and stickers will be delivered at Induction and after each training as
appropriate.
The delivery of the accreditation is only for the workers who will carry out the activity.
The material will not be delivered without evidence and without a database.
Each company must keep track of the number of cards and accreditations delivered.

6. AUTHORIZED TRAINERS
HSE TRAINING will validate the files of the trainers, who must attach the CV with:
- Field experience at least 2 years.
- OHS training experience at least 3 years.
- Train The Trainers (TTT) Certification.

THE VISITOR declares that prior to the visit he will undergo the pertinent medical check-ups and therefore accepts the decision of
AAQSA regarding whether to carry out the visit or not.
It is perfectly established that AAQSA will not be responsible for any type of damage, patrimonial or extra patrimonial, such as damage
to the person, consequential damage, loss of profits, moral damage among others, as well as any type of injuries or accidents that THE
VISITOR may suffer. due to his recklessness or his failure to comply with the provisions, recommendations or security measures
established during the visit to the Quellaveco Project facilities.
Likewise, it is established that AAQSA is not obliged to repair any damage that may occur to either THE VISITOR or his/her property,
when these are a consequence of an act of God, force majeure, a decisive event caused by a third party or the imprudence of THE
VISITOR.
Likewise, it is expressly stated that THE VISITOR will be responsible for any type of damage that may be caused during the course of
the visit to AAQSA personnel or third parties, as well as to property owned or in possession of AAQSA or third parties.

THE VISITOR accepts that all information provided to AAQSA to carry out the visit is true. You also declare that you have read each
and every one of the general conditions established in this document, with respect to which you express your full agreement, as proof of
all of which you sign below.

INTERNAL SAFETY RULES FOR VISITORS

In compliance with AAQSA's internal safety standards for the Quellaveco Project, the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations approved
by Supreme Decree 005-2012-TR and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations in Mining approved by Supreme Decree 024-2017 -
EM, in order to warn of dangers, risks and to guarantee their safe stay in the Quellaveco Project facilities, the following recommendations
are highlighted:

1. That the visitor has received the orientation (Induction for VISIT).
2. People who enter the areas of influence of the Quellaveco Project must be in good health, which is a requirement to be able to
enter the AAQSA facilities.
3. People entering the areas of influence of the project must use basic personal protective equipment and other additional
implements depending on the area to be visited (helmet, glasses, safety footwear, gloves, respirators, safety vest, earplugs). .
4. It is strictly prohibited to enter under the influence of alcohol and drugs. As well as carrying firearms or knives.
5. If the visitor feels unwell, he or she must immediately notify the guide accompanying the visitor or group of visitors.
6. The visitor is prohibited from taking photographs or filming not authorized by the company, this provision is mandated by
AAQ.
7. If carrying some equipment for personal use such as: Laptop, cell phones, or others, the visitor must communicate and/or
declare this before entering the company facilities.
8. In the event of any adverse weather phenomenon, coordinate with the person responsible for your visit if your entry into the
project may be possible.
9. During transportation to the areas of influence of the project, the use of a safety belt is mandatory for all members.
10. Staff will only be able to get off the vehicles when they are completely stopped.
11. Smoking or open fire is prohibited in work areas. The visitor must use the permitted smoking areas.

12. Inside the facilities:


a) You should only travel through authorized places and accompanied by a guide, and you should not leave the latter.
b) You must obey the instructions given by the supervisor or the guide who accompanies you on the visit.
c) Respect the signs that are installed along your route: Warning (Yellow), Danger (Red), Mandatory (Blue) and
information (Green).
d) Stay away from all moving machines.
e) Do not enter areas where there is heavy moving equipment.
f) You should only move around walking, and under no circumstances should you run.
g) Do not handle any chemical product.
h) If you notice suspended loads, you should not enter under suspended loads.
i) You must not exceed the safety barriers in the areas (meshes or security tapes).
j) In the event of any incident, you must immediately notify the supervisor accompanying you on the visit.
k) If you notice any unsafe conditions during your ride, stop and notify your supervisor.
