2. Project Structure
2.1 Statement of the problem or need that is intended to be solved

Each company is different, however, there are recurring problems that are treated by the human resources department that performs a good role at work. The department itself has
You have to engage in self-criticism to be able to do your job more effectively.
Lack of motivation is a universal problem in companies and there are burned out employees. Professionals who have a lot of capacity but have ended up stagnant by feeling undervalued or by being relegated to the
background.
The lack of emotional intelligence is one of the biggest problems in the business environment. There are workers who have been working in the same company for years and their boss has never told them that they do a
good job. The lack of motivation increases with the crisis because employment conditions are also more precarious.
Companies must promote training among workers since, thanks to training courses, employees can also get to know themselves in a different context.
Communication failures can refer to different areas. On the one hand, there may be deficiencies in the area of interpersonal communication but also, there may be little transparency
from the boss to the employees. These communication errors can lead to a bigger one: a bad work environment. This is what happens when an aggressive communication style prevails. In the business environment there
are also conflicts of interest and rivalries that the human resources department has to deal with.
Communication problems also lead to coordination problems and a lack of camaraderie. In the municipality of Medellín and its metropolitan area, it is no stranger to this problem, causing labor c and hiring personnel.

2.2 Project justification

Due to globalization and the constant dynamism of markets and the changing world, organizations today are in an increasingly competitive environment where the quality of their products or services is much more
demanding.
Customers feel satisfied when their expectations have been met and even more so when they have been exceeded. Therefore, companies must develop a challenging vision and a strategic action system to face
globalization, to survive in times as hectic as the current ones, but especially to achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness in all their processes.
Therefore, in order to meet their objectives, organizations require treating their employees or collaborators as organizational resources, which implies administering, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and
managing their human talent to obtain the maximum possible performance. Within human resource management, the formulation of knowledge management programs is contemplated and generating a culture of change,
to align internal productivity with human resource administration, means focusing on the alignment of the personal objectives of each individual or collaborator with the objectives of the organization, this administration
will be reflected in a greater willingness, commitment and knowledge of their work, as well as good performance that will generate maximum value for the company. If we apply all these strategies to local SMEs in the
municipality of Mesdellín and its metropolitan area, we will have strengthened companies in the human resources department.
