- What are the prescribed roles?

The prescribed roles are that of the coordinator and that of the observer or
supervisor of the tasks that are going to be carried out during the process.

- Why are they considered prescribed roles?

These roles are considered prescribed, as they are determined by the technical
structure of the task force.

- Define each role

COORDINATOR:
The coordinator's role is to identify and facilitate the process when difficulties
arise regarding the task and facilitate the understanding of all team members.
This plays a fundamental role in being a facilitator of communication and
learning for the team, which is why it leads them to participate as a facilitator of
the skills of each of the participants. Coordinators are capable of breaking the ice
of communication, making it public, but, at the same time, taking enough
distance to stimulate the team's own autonomy and not be the catalysts for all
the solutions that are given.
A good coordinator enhances all possible situations based on what is happening
in the team, what has not occurred yet, the relationships between members, their
possible confrontations, the fluidity of information or the lack of it, all of them.
These aspects are observed and managed by the coordinator.

SUPERVISOR :
The functions of the supervisor are essential to schedule and follow the tasks to
be carried out.
Supervisors ensure that the results of their work are presented in such a way that
they make “meaning” within the structure of the team and the objectives set.
A supervisor has sufficient technical knowledge to evaluate the work of the entire
