 How to Use
Click to Create A Canva Account (if you dont have one)

IMPORTANT
You have 2 templates per size of cards

with options for with our without place to put your website
address

If you are not familiar with Canva, please watch my 10 minute video on
how to edit Canva templates, it will help get you up and running and
editing your templates in no time.

 How to Edit
You can change all the colors, fonts and images making use of
Canva's drag and drop system. No design experience needed.

Done editing, you need to

save the page in order to
print. Click on the Share
button at the top right
and check out the options
for printing. PDF printing
is ideal

You can save the

collection in a range of
formats including png
which is great for
social media or pdf for
printing .

Canva also offer a printing offer as part of their services package.

The quality of the prints will depend on paper quality as well as
printer capabilities.

If you need your cards saved in a format not included, just let me
know and I'll see what I can do.
 How to Edit
ADDING YOUR WEBSITE ADDRESS

Open your Canva Account and then click

on the A-Larimar file for your cards in the
size you want. Open the file by clicking
on Use Template

To add your website to all the

pages, click on File at the top left,
scroll down to Find and replace
text

Click on that and a window will open

asking you to find the text.
Type in www.websiteaddress.com

and in the replace with box, add your own

website address. Click Replace All and
you are done. All the cards will now have
your website address on it.

Now you can have fun with editing other elements on the cards if you
want to, Canva is so much fun once you get the hang of it. When done,
you'll want to print. There are a few options...
 How to Print
Printing at Home

Printing at home can be done 2 ways.

PDF printing making use of your printer settings, or

You can make print sheets inside of Canva and print only the
cards you want.

PDF PRINTING OPTION.

1. Download the PDF files from the dropbox link or from your
edited Canva template.
2. Open the file on your computer making use of Abobe Acrobat or
other PDF reader.
3. Apply the setting as shown below to your print page, depending
on the size of paper you have

Printing at Home

PNG PRINTING OPTION.

If you wish to only print specific cards, or have edited the Canva template
and now want to print your edited cards.

Step 1.
Download the cards as png files to your computer, or open the dropbox file
with all the png images.

Step 2.
Upload the png images back into Canva by clicking on the uploads button the
left column

Step 3.
Open the print page that matches the size of card and paper from the files
listed below

Step 4.
Drag and drop the images from your uploads file into the spaces providing,
adding pages as you go.

NOTE: This process is the same if you only want to print certain cards.
Upload only the ones you want to print and drag and drop those into the print
sheets

Once you are done, you can save the file as a Pdf for Printing and save it to
your computer where you can print.

If you plan to use card stock, check to see what your printer can handle and
please understand that colors may differ, due to differences in printers.
