That, as established in Emergency Decree No.


115-2021, published in legal regulations, the government decided to extend the
validity of remote work for the public and private sectors, approved within the
framework of the COVID-19 health emergency, Until December 31, 2022,
personnel who provide services in the Public Sector can request a change from
in-person work modality to remote work modality that involves the use of
Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).
Likewise, in accordance with the
provisions of the indicated standard and others regarding the regulation
of remote work, I REQUEST that my in-person work modality be changed to
the remote health work modality (TRS) from (_________) until (__________),
with the enjoyment of the rights that correspond to me.

The aforementioned standard establishes


remote work that is carried out in a subordinate manner without the physical
presence of staff in the entity. Remote work is not limited to services that can be
provided through computer, telecommunications or similar means, but extends
to to any type of service that does not require the physical presence of health or
administrative personnel in the entity.
