Evidence Act, 1872

Respected Sir / Madam,

It is given to understand that you are a Central Public Information Officer having
custody of all public documents relating to Hindi Teaching Scheme and Central Hindi
Training Sub-Institute. Hence, you are also a public officer who has a mandatory legal
responsibility to provide public documents on demand under section 76 of the Indian
Evidence Act, 1872.

Furthermore, It is also being given to understand that I am working as UDC in the

Hindi Teaching Scheme, Rajaji Bhavan, Besant Nagar, Chennai – 600 090 and an article of
charges was proposed against me through a Memorandum No. 9/6/24/2024-25/114 dated
09.05.2024 by the Deputy Director (Language) who is also a self-proclaimed Deputy Director
(South).

Notwithstanding proceedings is pending on the above-mentioned Memorandum No.

9/6/24/2024-25/114 dated 09.05.2024, a subsequent Memorandum No.9/6/24/2024-25/628
dated 31.05.2024 was issued by office which appears to be sham and fabricated but it was
claimed by the office that above-mentioned Memorandum No.9/6/24/2024-25/628 dated
31.05.2024 is authentic and the original document is maintained in the office file. Since this
issue has become controversial, I strongly believe that an attested and certified true copy of
above-mentioned Memorandum No.9/6/24/2024-25/628 dated 31.05.2024 is required for
legal proceedings.

Hence, It is requested to provide urgent attested and certified true copies of the public
documents which is present in your custody, as mentioned below:-

(1) Attested and Certified true copy of above-mentioned Memorandum No.9/6/24/2024-

25/628 dated 31.05.2024.

Application Fee Details:-

A postal order No. 95G 970392 of Rs. 50/- has been attached as an urgent fee along
with the application for obtaining the above public documents. If additional fee is required,
the applicant may be informed so that the balance amount can be paid by the applicant.
