WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 57 (a) of the Local Government Code (RA

7160), the Sangguniang Bayan shall review the furnished copies of all barangay
ordinances submitted to the office;

WHEREAS, Barnagay Poblacion submitted to the 9th Sangguniang Bayan of

Jagna Ordinance No. 3, Series of 2019 entitled: "An ordinance requiring every
household owner to have a backyard vegetable garden in the Barangay Poblacion,
Jagna, Bohol.";

WHEREAS, per attached certification, the ordinance was approved thru public
hearing during the Barangay Assembly last March 31, 2019;

WHEREAS, this committee found no legal impediments and technical error as

to the content of the ordinance;

WHEREAS, the success of this project requires the vital support through
technical assistance and services, coordination and networking of both concerned
government agencies;

WHEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Bayan
in Session duly assembled...
