 I greet the students in a cordial and respectful manner and discuss with them the
biosafety protocols that we must practice in the classroom and outside of it.

 Start the dialogue with the students, to do this they read what these girls and
boys from Peru tell us.

 Now answer the following questions:

 What do Alberto, Yarina, Andrés and Inés mention?

 Do you know those foods? Are they healthy? Why?
 In your town or region, what healthy foods can we find? Where can we buy
them? How did they get there?

 I communicate the purpose of the activity : Today we are going to explain that
the food we eat as a family is a product of the activities carried out by many
people.

 I ask you to propose two rules of coexistence :

PROBLEMATIZATION
 Tell your family member what healthy foods are produced or consumed in your
town or region. Look at the table with the examples and complete the last box:

INFORMATION ANALYSIS

 We continue to learn about healthy foods and how they reach our tables! Look at
the following images and read what Miguel, Samuel, Luisa and Laura say:

 They think and talk with their teacher about the process that has gone through
for Laura to enjoy her delicious huancaína potato dish.

 They answer the following questions:

1. What was the first thing that happened? Who is the one who grows the
potato? Why is their work valuable?
2. What was the second thing that happened? What does Samuel tell us? What

would happen if no one moved the potatoes to the markets? Will this work
be valuable? Why? Explain.
3. What does Luisa say? Who buys Luisa's mother? Is Luisa's mother's work
important and valuable? Why?
4. What did Laura's mother have to do to obtain the main ingredient for the
dish she was going to prepare?
5. Do you think that fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods, such as fish, milk
and meat that are consumed in our homes, have the same production
process?

 Presents the following information:

Did you know…?

For vegetables, fruits and cereals to reach our

table, and we can consume them in a delicious
nutritious dish, many steps must occur. First,
they must be cultivated, this is where we must
recognize and thank the farmer for his work;
Then comes the harvest, which is when the
farmer collects the mature crops from the
ground and classifies them; Then, they are
transported to the markets, here are the
people who supply us every day with various products that are grown in
all regions of our homeland.

So, to have the various nutritious foods on our table to keep us healthy,
both of plant and animal origin, they go through several steps in which
the work of many people is involved, including that of your family
members when they go shopping at the market. or supermarket.

 Very good! Now, answer the following questions orally:

 How do the healthy foods we consume reach the tables of our homes?
 How do fruits, vegetables, cereals, etc. get to the market? Where did the
transporter bring them to the market?
 Do you think this process is followed by all the products we eat?
 Why is the work of farmers, ranchers, fishermen and food sellers important?

DECISION MAKING
 Now, we suggest that you choose a food of plant or animal origin of your choice,
write and draw the route it followed to get to your table at home and who we
have to thank in this process. We leave you the following example:

 Write a sentence of recognition to the various people who, with their valuable
work, allow us to have healthy food on our tables.

 Finally , write a commitment to recognize the various people who, with their
valuable work, allow us to have healthy food on our tables.
I.E. 81025 “JOSÉ ANTONIO ENCINAS”

 I generate metacognition through questions:

 How have we felt during this session?

 What did they learn? Why did they learn?

 What difficulties have they had?

 How will you apply what you learned today in your daily life?

 They evaluate their learning according to the achievement achieved

Characteristics or criteria to
achieve the goal:

I identified the healthy foods that

we find in our area.
I recognized the importance of
the activities that people carry
out so that food reaches their
homes.
I explained why the work that
people do to provide us with
food in our town is important.
1. TEACHER'S REFLECTIONS ON LEARNING:

 What progress did my students make?

 What difficulties did my students have?

 What learnings should I reinforce in the next session?

 What activities, strategies and materials worked and which didn't?
