Physical education games.

Games are activities whose purpose is the recreation of the participants (called players). Its
practice implies respect for a series of rules that govern the dynamics of the game. There
are games where a single player participates and other multiple ones, where
teams intervene.
HIDEOUT
The rules of hide-and-seek consist of one or more children hiding
and another having to look for those who have hidden. Before
starting to play, the area where the participants can hide is
delimited and a draw is drawn to see who starts flirting.

BLIND HEN
The participants draw lots to see who starts, they will have to cover
their eyes with the garment and spin around singing the following
song: 'Little blind hen, you have lost a needle and a thimble, turn
around and you will find it'. Once the song is over, the child who has
his eyes covered will have to find the others.

THE HOPSCOPPY.
With a simple blackboard chalk, children can draw a square on
the ground to see who can complete it by jumping on one leg.

PULL THE ROPE

Teamwork and improve physical activity. Two teams

prepare to pull a rope and whoever manages to pull the
other team and pull harder is the winner.

SACK-RACE
For its development, only a few sacks or bags and
enough land to move are necessary.
