VALUES PROJECT
1. JUSTIFICATION

The program aims to promote, cultivate and experience the values within the Official Preparatory School No. 363 based on
activities where adolescents can reflect, find and develop habits where in everyday life they apply values that allow them a
comprehensive education.

The school environment is an ideal space to develop new humanistic approaches to educational practice, which will allow
society to have in the future individuals trained with human quality and capable of building a society where we can all live
harmoniously.

Improving the quality of education implies not only academic and personal training but also the recognition of the particularities
of each individual, seeking comprehensive training rescuing primary values.
GOALS
GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Ensure that the educational community of the Official Preparatory School No. 363 values its inner being as the essence of the
meaning of life that allows it to interact harmoniously with others through reflections, messages and workshops, achieving a
better quality of life.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

 Promote the practice of values, through reflection, to create attitudes that contribute to improving coexistence.

 Increase the practice of values such as good treatment, respect, responsibility, tolerance, spirituality, friendship, honesty.

 Motivate the educational community for good behavior and the practice of values through messages alluding to the
values

 Promote moments of reflection and commitment through messages alluding to the formation of values; to initiate a
change of attitude in the educational community.
GOAL

Ensure that the students of the Official Preparatory School No. 363 be an example of transformation in the promotion of values,
in the family, school and social spheres.

STRATEGIES

 Project with good behavior and example, the practice of values.


 Continually evaluate student behavior.
 Practice values in each of the human activities.
 Guide each person in the educational community in the practice of the values and norms of coexistence.
 Carry out coevolution and heteroevaluation with the community.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

In school, as in any institution, there is a network of interrelationships between the different actors.

Building coexistence requires, above all, wanting to communicate and wanting to give rise to participation and creating spaces
for communication and areas for participation, in which each of the school actors can be heard, known and able to put their
brick. in that work to be built.

But, it is impossible to build coexistence without referring to the values, the foundations of any coexistence system. We cannot
fail to mention some such as: life, freedom, good, truth, solidarity, tolerance, equality and justice. Universal values, on which
there is common consensus, but which require that they not become empty words. To these we could add others, also of a
universal nature: respect, responsibility, commitment, participation. Redefining values, through the words that represent them,
leads to a statement in terms of duties and rights, of each and every one.

Building coexistence means putting emphasis on education, which can emerge from any daily school situation. It means
believing in the word as that which is most characteristic of the subject and, consequently, the best path for its growth and
location in its context.

Betting on the word is, looking for spaces to put it into play. It is giving rise to participation as a field, the deployment of a word
that, in addition to expressing emotions and taking charge of them, becomes a personalized, group action, coordinated by
reliable adults, who are referents and identification modules for adolescents: adults who will also need their spaces to "feed
back" and make agreements, proposals, constructive criticism, etc.

Participation transforms the school, because it creates ties, commitments, and personalizes.

Thus, it enables, increases and makes school work increasingly more creative.

For all that has been said, we must bet on the word promoting:

 The dialogue
 The communication

 Reflection

 The critical judgment

 The trust

Based on the norms and values that allow life in society.


METHODOLOGY

 Development of workshops, video conferences, group work and periodic evaluations of the activities programmed by the
educational community around the values project.
 Continuously promote values to interact with the educational context.

The methodology that will be used to develop this project will be playful, creative, and will start from the analysis and reflection
of stories as a means of learning values.

Each month a different value will be worked on:


September: Peace
October: Responsibility
November: Honesty
December: Love
January: Respect

DEVELOPMENT OF THE METHODOLOGY

Knowing that the fundamental paths to build a new model of coexistence among us are those that lead us towards moral
values, we will work with stories, reflections, videos where each one will be asked to realize a value highlighting diversity,
solidarity, peace, friendship, dialogue; that allow the adolescent to learn to build norms that ensure harmonious development
with society.
Therefore, we will work with one value per month to guarantee a better level of learning.

The scheduled activities will be developed as follows:


1. Classroom where those responsible for the program will share with the students the inputs to carry out each activity of
the project, evaluating the participation and performance of the students.
