I am writing to you, Mr. Mayor FERNANDO CIRO CASIO CONSOLACIÓN, to inform you of the
discomfort caused by the situation suffered this year 2019, as well as to highlight the damage
caused by the cutoff of the water supply suffered in the upper part of the District and Province
of YUNGAY. .

The interruption of the provision of the service took place for reasons that are absolutely
unknown, assuming a non-compliance. of the obligations contracted by the entity in the
agreed supply contract.

Although it is true, if there are reasons why the water supply is interrupted, we demand that
an OFFICIAL STATEMENT be sent to us by the entity. Although those affected went to the
offices in charge of said matter, resulting in no solution, it is unacceptable that on weekdays in
these months the supply is cut off for reasons unknown. Misuse of the water supply is
observed in the lower part, such as watering streets for no reason, washing vehicles with a
total waste of the water supply, etc. Due to the cutoff of the supply during the days of the
week, the consequence is that our minor children do not have adequate personal hygiene,
including all family members, the contaminating effect of the bathrooms, the use of the supply
for food. daily, etc. Taking into account the aforementioned background, we ask you, Mr.
Mayor, to be considerate and arrange for an EMERGENCY to whom this matter is appropriate
since the water supply is essential and vital for human life.

For all of the above, and in the event of not responding to the requests made by those affected
herein within the expected response period of FIVE DAYS from receipt, we will proceed to
initiate protest actions in defense of our rights and interests.
