1. Where did you earn your degree? When? April 5, 2019

2. How did your pass University prepare you to become a good teacher? My previous
school, as it is considered the Center of Teaching Excellence, taught me the
pedagogical processes, teaching methodologies, concepts, and real- classroom
teaching and observation, in preparation for my future career as a teacher.
3. When did you pass the licensure examination for teacher? I passed the LET last Dec.
6, 2019.

5. When did you start teaching as a a professional? 83.4%
6. What makes you happy as a teacher? Honestly, what makes me ecstatic is seeing
my students learn from nothing to something, and making a significant impact in
their personal and educational endeavors.
7. What disappoints you as a teacher? What disappoints me as a teacher are the
abundant administrative tasks, and low compensation. It’s like you’re
overworked yet underpaid.
8. What professional development activities/trainings have you participated in? In-
Service Training for Teachers, School Events like Intramurals and Schools Press
Conference, Online Trainings like utilizing technology in the K-12 classroom.

10. What is the name of Organization? Philippine Association for Teacher Education
(PAFTE)
11. As a professional teacher, what code of conduct do you strictly follow? I make sure to
maintain at all times a dignified personality, and refrain from such activities as
gambling, smoking, drunkenness, and other excesses, much less illicit relations.
12. Can you name the specific behavior that should be followed to the utmost? The
behavior I follow the most is Professionalism. Because acting professionally,
involves all other behaviors and it is a pre-requisite for a teacher.
